Primary Responsibilities :
- Prepare Financial Statements and reports like balance sheet, P/L
- Banking and Trade Finance activities including LC, BG, BD, etc.
- Costing as per bill of material for finished goods. Analyze costs of raw materials and other supplies and create cost-benefit analyses for changing vendors
- Tracking and managing business costs, including expenses, budgets, and supply chains.
- Prepare CMA, Stock statement and Debtors aging
- Preparation of Revenue Statement and analysis of expenses
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial sector is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Analytical Skills:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess financial data and trends.
- Ability to prepare financial statements and reports accurately.
Attention to Detail:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and suggest improvements.
Communication Skills:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to present financial information clearly.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Regulatory Knowledge:
