Primary Responsibilities :
The role is responsible for building school brand and taking continuous steps in maintaining the reputation of the institution and in the process oversee all functions of the school like academics, capacity building, and school operations.
The role will also take leadership position while interfacing with the internal and external stakeholders like parent community, students, teaching and non-teaching staff, board of directors and general public.

Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Education or a related field; a Doctorate in Education is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in educational leadership or administration.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in educational administration or leadership roles.
- Proven track record of effective school management and improvement.
Leadership Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on fostering a positive school culture.
- Experience in leading a diverse team of educators and support staff.
Curriculum Development:
- Expertise in curriculum design and implementation aligned with educational standards.
- Ability to innovate and enhance educational programs to meet student needs.
Communication Skills:
