Primary Responsibilities :
Visit industrial plants and interact with Technical Heads, Utility Heads, ETP In-
charges, Plant Engineers and Purchase Teams.
Understand existing ETP, RO, Cooling Tower and Boiler treatment systems and
chemical programs.
Identify customer problems related to scaling, corrosion, fouling, sludge
settling, COD/BOD, colour and treatment eƯiciency.
Recommend suitable water and wastewater treatment chemicals and optimum
dosage.
Conduct/coordinate jar tests, plant trials and product performance
evaluations.
Provide technical support during trials and troubleshoot treatment-related
issues.
Develop new industrial customers and generate business opportunities.
Prepare and follow up technical proposals, quotations and trials.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop repeat
business.
Prepare professional plant visit, trial and performance reports.

Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma Chemical Engineering, B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or
relevant technical qualification.
Experience: 4–5 years in Water Treatment Chemicals / Industrial Water Treatment /
Technical Sales.
Candidate should have:
Strong practical knowledge of ETP, RO, Cooling Tower and Boiler applications
Good understanding of water-treatment chemistry and chemical dosing
Ability to independently handle technical discussions at customer plants
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills
Techno-commercial sales orientation
Willingness to travel regularly for industrial customer visits
