Primary Responsibilities :
o Collaborate with senior architects to develop design plans and presentations
o Assist in the production of architectural drawings and renderings
o Preparation of working drawings and submission drawings
o Ensure design compliance with building codes and regulations, especially UDCPR
Experience Requirements:
o Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
o 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and drafting
o Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop and other architectural software
o Strong graphical skills
o Understanding of building codes and regulations
