Primary Responsibilities :
- Ensure quality compliance, product release, and implementation of QMS and NQMS.
- Conduct HACCP studies and maintain FSMS, foreign body prevention, pathogen monitoring, and allergen management systems.
- Oversee raw milk, raw material, finished product, and packaging material testing.
- Manage laboratory testing, equipment calibration, sensory evaluation, and in-line quality checks.
- Ensure traceability, mock recalls, shelf-life management, and rework compliance.
- Conduct line verification, maintain quality records, and coordinate with production for raw milk requirements.
Experience Requirements:
- B.Tech, M.Sc., or B.Sc. in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, NQMS, HACCP, FSMS, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in dairy quality assurance, laboratory testing, raw milk testing, and finished product analysis.
- Knowledge of testing equipment, calibration, traceability, and quality documentation.
