Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage production planning and coordinate with SCM to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, FSSC 22000, GMP, GHP, and FSMS standards.
- Monitor CCP/OPRP, line release, change management, and incident investigations.
- Oversee mixing operations, ingredient sequencing, CIP, batch tank cleaning, and rework management.
- Maintain production records, traceability, coding, labelling, and packaging controls.
- Ensure workplace safety, risk management, and shop-floor employee development.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum B.Tech in Dairy Technology or Food Technology.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000, FSMS, GMP, and GHP.
- Experience in production planning, quality compliance, mixing operations, and food safety.
- Understanding of safety procedures, incident management, and production documentation.
