Primary Responsibilities :
1. Own APAC new-business revenue; achieve the agreed monthly New Business Revenue target after the ramp

2. Build an APAC target-account universe across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and
other priority markets; identify HR, TA, founders, business owners and functional hiring decision-makers.
3. Create pipeline from zero through LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, email, phone, referrals, networking, events,
partner channels, RFPs and other approved outbound methods, rather than relying only on inbound leads.
4. Run consultative discovery to understand hiring volumes, roles, locations, urgency, hiring model, decision
process, vendor landscape, fee expectations and service requirements; qualify before committing recruiter
capacity.
5. Sell Alliance recruitment solutions — permanent recruitment, contract / temporary staffing, executive
search, RPO, international recruitment and volume / project hiring — aligning the right service model to the
client problem.
6. Own commercial conversion from proposal to MSA / terms and live mandate: handle objections, negotiate
commercially sound fees and close business while protecting margin and delivery feasibility.
7. Work closely with recruitment and delivery teams to convert signed business into actionable live mandates,
monitor first-order fulfilment, protect client experience and identify cross-sell / expansion opportunities.
8. Maintain disciplined weekly sales control against the performance expectations set out below.
Experience Requirements:
Must-Have Skills
• Full-cycle B2B recruitment / staffing / HR-services sales: prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation
→ close.
• CRM discipline (HubSpot / Salesforce / Zoho or equivalent), including opportunity, activity and forecast
hygiene.
• Ability to identify employer hiring needs and convert them into qualified live job mandates.
• Consultative discovery with HR/TA, founders, procurement and business leaders.
• International outbound selling using LinkedIn / Sales Navigator, email, phone, referrals and account research.
• Recruitment commercial knowledge: contingency / direct hire, retained / executive search, RPO and / or
contract staffing models.
• Commercial negotiation: fee defence, MSA / terms, objection handling and close.
• Strong written and spoken English for international client communication.
Good-to-Have
• Experience with RPO, MSP / VMS, vendor onboarding or volume hiring programmes.
• Knowledge of international recruitment compliance / workflow and cross-border hiring considerations.
• RFP / RFQ handling, proposal writing and commercial negotiation.
• Relevant certification (RPO / MSP / VMS, recruitment-sales, consultative selling or platform) is a plus, not
mandatory.
Behavioural Competencies
• Hunter mindset: self-starting, resilient and comfortable creating demand from zero.
• Commercial ownership: accountable for revenue and client activation, not merely meetings or lead volume.
• Consultative and curious; comfortable challenging weak opportunities before involving delivery resources.
• Strong follow-through, urgency and written communication across international time zones.
