Primary Responsibilities :
Plan and track project activities, milestones, manpower requirements, material needs, and delivery
schedules.
Coordinate with site supervisors, installation teams, labourers, contractors, vendors, suppliers, and
internal design/sales teams.
Arrange procurement and dispatch of plants, planters, soil and planting materials, decking,
pergola components, lighting, and other project materials as applicable.
Confirm site readiness, access, measurements, work sequencing, and dependencies before
scheduling installation.
Conduct site visits to review progress, workmanship, safety, and adherence to approved drawings
or specifications.
Identify delays, shortages, site constraints, and execution issues; resolve routine issues and escalate
major risks promptly.
Track labour and material costs, avoid wastage, and flag variations or additional work for
approval.
Maintain project-wise updates covering progress, pending work, material status, issues, and
expected completion dates.
Coordinate final checks, snag resolution, client handover, and closure of pending work.
Manage multiple projects concurrently while keeping management informed of critical issues and
timelines.
Experience Requirements:
3–7 years in project coordination, site operations, construction, landscaping, horticulture, civil
works, interior fit-outs, or turnkey execution.
Hands-on experience coordinating vendors, contractors, labour teams, materials, and site
schedules.
Strong planning, problem-solving, communication, and team coordination skills.
Basic proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets and structured reporting.
Willingness to travel regularly to project sites in Kolkata and nearby areas.
A practical, proactive approach; this is an execution-focused role, not a desk-only position.
