Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee day-to-day production operations at the plant.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and food safety standards.
- Plan production schedules, manpower and resource utilization.
- Monitor production efficiency, yield, wastage and process parameters.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, GMP, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, productivity enhancement and cost reduction.
- Coordinate with QA, Maintenance, Stores and other departments for smooth plant operations.
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare regular operational reports.
- Lead, motivate and develop the production team.
- Troubleshoot production and process-related issues and ensure timely corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable food industry standards.
