Primary Responsibilities :
Assist the Chef with daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and standards.
Support menu preparation and maintain consistency in food quality.
Monitor ingredient availability and assist with inventory management.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Support the Chef in managing daily kitchen activities.
Experience Requirements:
8–10 years of relevant culinary experience.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation and menu planning.
Good knowledge of Arabic and Yemeni cuisine.
Experience managing kitchen staff and maintaining food quality.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, inventory and portion control.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
