Primary Responsibilities :
Create patterns and perform precise cutting for bridal gowns, couture dresses and eveningwear.
Handle sewing, fitting, alterations and garment finishing.
Independently complete bridal and evening gowns from cutting through final finishing.
Interpret design sketches, measurements and garment specifications.
Ensure excellent fitting, finishing, stitching quality and attention to detail.
Work with premium fabrics, delicate materials, lace, embellishments and structured gown designs.
Coordinate with designers and the production team to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Complete garments efficiently while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
Experience Requirements:
Required Experience & Skills
Strong hands-on experience as a Master Tailor, Master Cutter or Cut-and-Sew Specialist.
Proven expertise in bridal gowns, couture garments and eveningwear.
Excellent pattern-making, cutting, sewing and alteration skills.
Ability to work independently and complete complex gowns.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fitting and finishing.
Good attention to detail and ability to meet production timelines.
