Primary Responsibilities :
• Perform professional body and ear piercing procedures in accordance with established safety, hygiene, and
infection-control standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their piercing preferences and recommend suitable piercing placements and
jewelry.
• Explain the procedure, aftercare instructions, potential risks, and healing process clearly to clients.
• Maintain strict sterilization, sanitation, and cross-contamination prevention practices.
• Ensure piercing tools, equipment, workstations, and jewelry are handled and maintained hygienically.
• Assess the suitability of piercing sites and identify situations requiring postponement or referral to an appropriate
healthcare professional.
• Provide accurate aftercare guidance and respond professionally to clients’ post-piercing questions.
• Maintain client records, consent forms, and relevant procedural documentation.
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate piercing jewelry based on suitability, quality, and personal preference.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Follow company policies and applicable Dubai/UAE health and safety regulations.
Experience Requirements:
• Proven hands-on experience as a Professional Body Piercer or in a similar piercing role.
• Practical knowledge of ear and body piercing techniques, equipment, jewelry, and aftercare.
• Strong understanding of sterilization, infection prevention, hygiene, and safe piercing practices.
• Ability to explain procedures and aftercare instructions clearly to clients.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail, steady hand skills, and a commitment to client safety.
• Professional, well-groomed, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
• Relevant professional training or certifications in piercing, hygiene, or infection control will be an advantage.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and comply with applicable UAE employment and professional requirements.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Experience in established piercing studios, tattoo studios, body-art studios, or specialist jewelry and piercing
businesses.
• A demonstrable portfolio of professional piercing work and verifiable employment experience.
• Ability to confidently explain practical techniques, hygiene procedures, and client aftercare protocols.
