Primary Responsibilities :
Maintain the General Ledger and perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close.
Prepare financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
Perform bank, customer, vendor, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Prepare VAT returns and support external audits.
Maintain the fixed asset register.
Assist with annual budgets and rolling forecasts.
Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and variance analysis.
Support cash flow forecasting and working capital planning.
Monitor accounts receivable and help improve collections and reduce DSO.
Analyze profitability by customer, project, service, and business unit.
Support pricing decisions through financial analysis.
Improve ERP utilization and automate recurring reports.
Strengthen finance processes and internal controls.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business.
Professional qualification preferred: CA, ACCA, CPA, or CMA.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Power BI and ERP experience preferred.
Experience
5–8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience.
Experience in technology, software, engineering, consulting, or project-based
businesses preferred.
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, or FP&A is highly desirable.
