Primary Responsibilities :
Provide attentive and responsible childcare and ensure the children's safety and well-being.
Engage children in meaningful conversations, activities, learning, and age-appropriate play.
Assist with daily household activities and provide general family support.
Support basic kitchen activities and assist with meal preparation when required.
Assist the family during local and outstation travel.
Provide occasional basic assistance to an elderly family member when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of areas used by the family.
Follow family instructions and daily routines responsibly.
Interact professionally and respectfully with family members, guests, and service personnel.
Maintain confidentiality, privacy, and discretion regarding family matters.
Adapt to changing family requirements and schedules.
Experience Requirements:
Experience Required
5–7 years of relevant experience preferred.
Experience in childcare, family assistance, hospitality, teaching, or household support will be an advantage.
Freshers are not eligible.
Educational Qualification
Graduation: Required.
Candidates with an educational background in the following areas may be preferred:
Education
Psychology
Child Development
Home Science
Hospitality
Social Work
Post-Graduation: Not mandatory; candidates with a postgraduate qualification may be considered favorably.
Special Course: Not mandatory. Relevant certifications will be an advantage.
