Primary Responsibilities :
Lead the overall business operations and strategic growth of the
company
• Develop and execute long-term business plans aligned with
company growth objectives
• Drive market positioning as a premium turnkey solutions provider
• Own overall business profitability and P&L performance
• Oversee budgeting, procurement efficiency, working capital
management, and receivables management
• Drive strategic customer acquisition and key account
development
• Build relationships with end customers, consultants, architects,
EPC contractors, and strategic stakeholders
• Oversee Sales, Engineering, Projects, Procurement,
Commercials, Finance, Marketing, HR, and Quality functions
• Monitor overall project execution performance, timelines,
profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with international JV partners for technology transfer,
process implementation, and operational best practices
• Establish SOPs, KPI systems, reporting structures, CRM
discipline, and operational governance systems
• Support vendor development and procurement optimisation
• Coordinate financial governance, project costing, commercial
controls, and operational risk management

companies
• Experience catering to sectors such as pharmaceuticals,
healthcare, semiconductors, solar PV manufacturing, data
centres, electronics manufacturing, battery manufacturing, food
processing, and industrial manufacturing
