Primary Responsibilities :
1. Design & Conceptualization
Develop space planning layouts, conceptual designs,
elevations, and 3D visual concepts tailored to client
requirements.
Prepare comprehensive mood boards, material
palettes, finish selections, and furniture schemes.
2. Technical Documentation
Prepare detailed working drawings: floor plans, RCP,
electrical/plumbing layouts, joinery details, and
material schedules.
Maintain high standards of drawing precision using
AutoCAD.
3. Vendor & Consultant Coordination
Liaise with clients, external consultants, structural
engineers, MEP teams, contractors, and vendors.
Source materials, fixtures, furniture, and finishes
while maintaining specification sheets.
4. Site Execution & Supervision
Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution, verify
dimensions, and align with working drawings.
Address technical site queries and ensure design
intent is maintained on-site.
Experience Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL PROFILE
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture,
Architecture, or equivalent.
Experience: 1 to 4 years of professional experience across residential, commercial, corporate, or hospitality
projects.
Software Proficiency:
AutoCAD (Required) SketchUp Adobe Photoshop Illustrator 3ds Max / Enscape
Core Knowledge: Strong understanding of interior materials, surface finishes, joinery details, and
construction techniques.
