Primary Responsibilities :
Manage and oversee the organisation's overall ISO management system.
Plan, coordinate, and manage internal and external ISO audits.
Ensure timely closure of audit observations, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
Monitor and control ISO documentation, procedures, records, and compliance requirements.
Manage overall industrial safety activities across the organisation.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards, policies, and statutory requirements.
Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
Conduct safety inspections, training, awareness programs, and regular safety reviews.
Monitor safety compliance and ensure adherence to company safety procedures.
Support customer audits, customer requirements, and related compliance activities.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure ISO and safety standards are consistently followed.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, MIS, and other documentation related to ISO and safety.
Provide customer support related to ISO, safety, quality, and compliance requirements where required.
Experience Requirements:
Qualification
Post-Graduation: Required.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint.
Relevant ISO and safety certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience & Industry
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in ISO management and safety.
Candidates from the Automobile or Plastic Manufacturing industry are preferred.
Experience in handling ISO audits, safety compliance, and manufacturing operations will be highly preferred.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of ISO management systems and audit processes.
Good understanding of industrial safety and compliance requirements.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
Good knowledge of MS Office and PowerPoint.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of ISO and safety functions
