Primary Responsibilities :
Prepare a variety of high-quality dishes from international cuisines.
Plan daily meals and menus based on the family's preferences and requirements.
Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion control.
Prepare fresh meals using high-quality ingredients.
Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Manage food storage and ensure proper handling of ingredients.
Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure the kitchen is clean and organised.
Adapt recipes and menus based on dietary preferences or special requirements.
Manage grocery requirements and coordinate ingredient purchasing when required.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, punctuality, and discipline while working in a private household.
Experience Requirements:
Male candidate required.
Proven experience as a Personal Chef / Private Chef / Household Chef.
Strong knowledge of international cuisine is mandatory.
Candidates from India or the Philippines may be considered.
Ability to prepare a wide variety of dishes with good presentation.
Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in a private household.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to work independently and manage daily kitchen responsibilities.
