Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify, approach, and acquire new HNI/UHNI individual clients for membership and lifestyle management services.
Develop new business opportunities with corporates, business groups, and organisations requiring premium concierge, employee engagement, customer privilege, or lifestyle management solutions.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects across assigned markets.
Generate business through networking, referrals, industry relationships, private events, strategic outreach, and partnerships.
Conduct presentations and meetings with prospective members, corporate decision-makers, and key stakeholders.
Manage the complete business development cycle from prospecting and relationship building to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Achieve agreed revenue, membership acquisition, and corporate business targets.
HNI & UHNI Relationship Management
Build and maintain trusted relationships with entrepreneurs, promoters, CXOs, family offices, senior professionals, celebrities, and affluent individuals.
Understand the lifestyle requirements, expectations, and preferences of HNI/UHNI clientele.
Develop referral opportunities through existing clients and professional networks.
Represent The Celestial with a high level of professionalism, discretion, and credibility.
Ensure a smooth transition of newly acquired clients to the lifestyle management and servicing teams.
Corporate Business Development
Identify and acquire corporate clients for concierge programmes, lifestyle benefits, privilege programmes, loyalty initiatives, and bespoke client or employee engagement solutions.
Engage with senior stakeholders across leadership, HR, marketing, customer experience, loyalty, and strategic partnership functions.
Develop customised proposals based on individual corporate requirements.
Build long-term strategic corporate relationships rather than transactional engagements.
Identify opportunities to expand existing corporate accounts into additional services and programmes.
Strategic Partnerships
Identify and establish partnerships across the luxury ecosystem, including:
Luxury hotels and hospitality groups
Luxury travel and destination companies
Premium airlines and aviation providers
Luxury fashion, jewellery, and watch brands
Fine-dining restaurants and hospitality venues
Wellness retreats and premium healthcare providers
Luxury automotive brands
Art galleries and auction houses
Private clubs and exclusive member communities
Events, entertainment, and experiential brands
Premium lifestyle products and service providers
Negotiate preferred privileges, exclusive access, special experiences, commercial arrangements, commissions, and member benefits.
Develop partnerships that strengthen The Celestial's value proposition and enhance the member experience.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners and identify opportunities for deeper collaboration.
Brand Representation & Networking
Act as a senior Brand Ambassador for The Celestial at client meetings, luxury events, networking forums, and partnership discussions.
Represent the company at relevant luxury, hospitality, financial, lifestyle, and business events.
Build relationships with influential individuals and organisations within the luxury ecosystem.
Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility among HNI, UHNI, and corporate audiences.
Work closely with the leadership team on strategic initiatives and market expansion.
CRM & Sales Pipeline Management
Maintain an updated database of leads, prospects, partners, and business opportunities.
Track the complete sales pipeline, including prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
Ensure timely and consistent follow-ups with prospective clients and partners.
Maintain accurate reporting on business development activities, pipeline value, conversions, and revenue.
Ensure membership applications, documentation, and commercial processes are completed efficiently.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Business Head, Directors, Marketing Team, and Lifestyle Management Team.
Share market insights, client feedback, and emerging luxury trends with internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the servicing team to develop unique experiences, privileges, and propositions for members.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and client acquisition initiatives as required.
Experience Requirements:

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification; a relevant qualification in Business Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
7–10 years of overall professional experience in business development, relationship management, luxury sales, strategic partnerships, or client acquisition.
Significant experience in acquiring and managing HNI/UHNI clients and/or high-value corporate accounts.
Minimum 5+ years of direct experience in selling premium or high-value services to affluent clientele.
Experience in one or more of the following sectors will be highly preferred:
