Primary Responsibilities :
Promote and sell internal and external hard drives, SSDs, NAS storage, and related IT hardware.
Generate new business through cold calling, customer visits, referrals, and other sales activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, and corporate clients.
Understand customer storage requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate sales reports, customer records, and follow-up details in the CRM.
Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, market trends, and industry developments.
Coordinate with logistics and support teams to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers to identify new sales opportunities.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information and solutions.
Experience Requirements:
Experience / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in IT hardware, storage products, or related sales.
Good knowledge of HDDs, SSDs, NAS, storage solutions, and computer hardware.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Strong sales and business development skills with a target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities when required.
