Primary Responsibilities :
1. End-to-End Multimedia Production (Photography & Video)
• Concept, shoot, and direct high-quality photography and videography sessions for our asset portfolio,
boat-building milestones, and corporate events.
• Edit raw footage into highly engaging, cinematic, or short-form videos (Reels, corporate overviews,
event highlights) utilizing industry-standard editing software.
• Strictly adhere to security and compliance protocols, ensuring no confidential or classified project
layouts/information are captured or leaked via media assets.
2. Content Creation & Social Media Management
• Own and execute the social media calendar for our core corporate portfolio and sports/leisure marine
verticals.
• Write compelling copy and scripts that effectively target high-net-worth clients, corporate partners,
and maritime enthusiasts.
• Monitor engagement metrics and actively implement growth strategies across LinkedIn, YouTube,
Instagram, and other relevant channels.
3. Graphic Design & Client Creatives
• Create visually striking banners, stall designs, and promotional collateral for corporate events and
maritime exhibitions.
• Develop professional decks, product catalogs, and creative layouts for client demos, pitches, and
senior leadership briefings.
4. Website Management & Strategic Oversight
• Oversee day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content, imagery, and project
galleries are updated and functional.
• Take an assertive, proactive approach to daily tasks, translating broader corporate marketing goals
into actionable creative campaigns.
Experience Requirements:
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, multimedia production, or
creative agencies.
• Technical Skillset: Expert proficiency in video editing and design suites (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro,
After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or DaVinci Resolve).
• Equipment Handling: Strong hands-on experience handling DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting, and
audio equipment for professional shoots.
• Attributes: Exceptional eye for detail, proactive attitude, and a strategic, self-directed working style.
• Integrity: Absolute discretion and a high sense of responsibility regarding intellectual property and
data confidentiality.
• Logistics: Must be willing to work full-time onsite at our facility in Verna, Goa.
