Primary Responsibilities :
Manage day-to-day operations across Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, and BigBasket.
Handle product listings, catalogue updates, pricing, and product availability.
Monitor inventory levels across dark stores and ensure adequate stock availability.
Track orders, sales, returns, cancellations, claims, and stock movement.
Coordinate with platform account managers and operational teams to resolve issues.
Ensure timely replenishment and minimize out-of-stock situations.
Manage promotions, discounts, and campaigns to improve product visibility and sales.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
Analyze sales trends and stock movement to support business decisions.
Ensure accurate product information and pricing across all platforms.
Coordinate internally with supply chain, warehouse, sales, and accounts teams.
Experience Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in Q-Commerce or E-Commerce operations.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, Amazon, and BigBasket is preferred.
Good understanding of inventory management and online marketplace operations.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple platforms and tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in FMCG, D2C, Retail, Food & Beverage, or Consumer Products industry will be an advantage.
Familiarity with dark store operations and quick commerce inventory management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
