Primary Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
Drive business development and sales for lubricants, fuel oil, re-refined base oil, rubber process oil, hydraulic oil, and other related products.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across targeted industries and market segments.
Expand the customer base and generate sustainable revenue opportunities.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Identify potential markets and customers for the company's product portfolio.
Build a strong sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-ups for business conversion.
2. Market Expansion
Identify and develop business opportunities across industries including:
Pharmaceutical & Chemical Industries
Engineering & Manufacturing Companies
Mining & Mining-Related Industries
Steel Industry
Metal & Foundries
Ports
Shipping & Marine Industries
Workshops
Fleet Operators
Industrial Manufacturing Units
Continuously explore new industrial segments and geographical markets for business expansion.
3. Used Oil Procurement & Supplier Development
Identify and develop a network of industries and bulk used-oil generators.
Build relationships with manufacturers, workshops, fleet operators, recyclers, and other used-oil suppliers.
Generate opportunities for consistent used-oil sourcing and procurement.
Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers.
Establish long-term supplier relationships.
Ensure consistent sourcing volumes to support business operations.
Identify new opportunities for used-oil collection and recycling partnerships.
4. Revenue & Profitability Management
Achieve assigned annual sales and profitability targets.
Be accountable for achieving EBITDA targets as per the annual business plan.
Monitor sales performance, margins, and profitability.
Identify opportunities to improve revenue and margins.
Support pricing strategies based on market conditions and customer requirements.
Ensure healthy business growth while maintaining commercial profitability.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
Regularly visit customers and maintain strong engagement.
Resolve customer concerns by coordinating with internal technical and production teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
6. Customized Product Solutions
Understand specific customer requirements related to industrial oils and lubricants.
Coordinate with production and technical teams to support customized product formulations.
Facilitate the supply of products that meet customer specifications and quality requirements.
Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams for technical and commercial requirements.
7. Business Network Development
Continuously expand the company's business network by developing relationships with:

Develop strategic partnerships that support both sales growth and used-oil procurement.
8. Market Research & Intelligence
Conduct regular market research to identify emerging business opportunities.
Monitor industry trends and market demand.
Track competitor activities and pricing strategies.
Collect customer feedback and market insights.
Identify new product and market opportunities.
Provide recommendations to management regarding market expansion and business strategy.
9. Sales Planning & Reporting
Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly business development plans.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and opportunity tracking.
Prepare sales forecasts and revenue projections.
Monitor performance against assigned targets.
Submit regular MIS and business development reports to management.
Track customer visits, business opportunities, conversion status, and revenue performance.
Use ERP, Google Sheets, and other digital tools for reporting and analysis.
10. Strategic Business Development
Identify new opportunities for sales, sourcing, partnerships, and job-work arrangements.
Recommend strategies for improving procurement volumes and sales margins.
Support management in developing long-term business growth strategies.
Identify opportunities to strengthen the company's market presence in Goa and other potential markets.
