Primary Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end sales and marketing strategy for Vasudha Dairy's product range (Milk, Paneer, Lassi, Curd,
Ghee)
• Build the go-to-market and growth roadmap to expand market presence across Gurugram/NCR and beyond
• Recruit, build, and lead a sales and marketing team as the business scales
• Develop and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies for a D2C/farm-fresh dairy brand
• Drive brand building initiatives to position Vasudha as a household dairy name
• Identify new sales channels, partnerships, and distribution opportunities
• Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity
• Collaborate closely with the Founder, Farm Manager, and resident veterinarian to align supply with market
demand
• Take full ownership of revenue targets and be accountable for growth outcomes
Experience Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, ideally in FMCG, dairy, D2C, or a related consumer
category
• A builder's mindset — comfortable taking initiative and operating with high ownership in a lean team
• Strong track record of growing market presence and building teams from the ground up
• Hands-on approach — willing to work closely with a small, family-led team rather than a large corporate
structure
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
