Primary Responsibilities :
Perform medifacials and advanced facial treatments as per client requirements and prescribed protocols.
Perform or assist with laser-based skin treatments under appropriate clinical supervision.
Assist the dermatologist with chemical peels and other minor dermatological procedures.
Conduct proper skin assessment and understand client skin concerns before treatment.
Follow all treatment protocols, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and products before procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and proper sterilization of treatment equipment.
Provide professional guidance to clients regarding pre- and post-treatment care.
Maintain accurate treatment records and client information.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
Coordinate closely with the dermatologist and clinic team during treatments.
Recommend suitable treatments or skincare procedures based on professional assessment and clinic protocols.
Experience Requirements:
Required Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience as a Skin Therapist.
Previous hands-on experience with:
Medifacials
Chemical Peels
Laser Treatments
Other advanced skin treatments
Experience assisting a dermatologist with minor procedures will be an advantage.
Good understanding of skincare treatments, hygiene, and safety protocols.
Good client-handling and communication skills.
Calm, polished, and professional personality.
Ability to work as part of a dermatology/beauty clinic team.
Education
Relevant qualification or certification in Skin Therapy, Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, or a related field is preferred.
