Primary Responsibilities :
Identify and develop key industrial, potable water and wastewater treatment customers across Africa, Europe and other international markets.
Drive sales of water treatment chemicals, including coagulants, flocculants and ACH products.
Develop annual and long-term business plans, sales forecasts and budgets.
Achieve assigned annual revenue, sales and profitability targets.
Identify new markets, customers, distributors, agents and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, advisors, distributors and key industry stakeholders.
Build and manage a strong network of consultants and advisors to generate new business opportunities.
Develop and execute market penetration and expansion strategies.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer requirements and growth opportunities.
Evaluate opportunities for establishing distribution centres or manufacturing facilities in the region.
Represent and promote the company's brand through trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, industry events, websites and social media.
Lead and manage the sales/business development team to achieve business objectives.
Recruit, retain, train and manage team members as required.
Work closely with distributors and agents to understand market conditions and maintain a competitive advantage.
Prepare sales reports, sales call reports, competitive intelligence reports, forecasts, budgets and strategic business plans.
Monitor business performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
Coordinate with internal teams including technical, operations, supply chain, finance and management for smooth business execution.
Ensure compliance with applicable safety, environmental and regulatory requirements across international markets.
Maintain strong customer engagement through regular meetings, presentations, calls and international travel.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Profile
Education
Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Science, Engineering or Business.
Additional qualifications in Water Treatment, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Business Management will be an advantage.

2–5 years of relevant experience in:
Water Treatment Chemicals
Business Development
International Sales
Industrial Water Treatment
Potable Water / Wastewater Treatment
Sales & Operations Management
Experience handling Africa and/or European markets is preferred.
Experience with coagulants, flocculants, ACH or similar water treatment chemicals will be highly preferred.
