Primary Responsibilities :
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for existing franchise partners, assisting them with operational queries, process clarifications, and routine tasks.
• Act as a bridge between clients and franchise partners — relaying requirements, resolving miscommunication, and ensuring smooth service delivery on both sides.
• Coordinate with the internal team (recruitment, operations, and marketing) to help franchise partners generate revenue and close open positions faster.
• Track franchise performance and proactively flag franchises that need additional support, training, or escalation.
• Assist the Franchise Head in following up with new franchise prospects — sharing information, scheduling calls, and nudging deals toward closure.
• Maintain an updated status log/CRM record of prospective franchises in the pipeline, including stage, next action, and owner.
• Handle the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchises: documentation collection, agreement coordination, kick-start meeting scheduling, and system/CRM setup.
• Ensure new franchise partners complete onboarding training and have access to the required tools, SOPs, and resources within the defined timeline.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of franchise communications, agreements, and onboarding milestones in the CRM.
• Prepare periodic status updates/reports on franchise coordination activity for the Franchise Head and leadership.
• Escalate unresolved client or franchise issues promptly to the appropriate internal stakeholder.
Experience Requirements:
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduate in any discipline (Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English — this role involves constant coordination with clients and franchise partners.
• Basic computer knowledge is a must: MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email etiquette, and comfort learning CRM tools.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills; ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tasks simultaneously.
• Customer-service mindset with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of documentation and record-keeping.
• Willingness to learn franchise operations, recruitment processes, and CRM-driven workflows.
