Primary Responsibilities :
Assist skilled workers and supervisors with daily construction activities.
Perform general construction and site-support work as assigned.
Load, unload, carry, and move construction materials and equipment.
Assist with basic preparation, cleaning, and maintenance of work areas.
Support activities such as digging, drilling, mixing, shifting, and material handling where required.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization at the construction site.
Follow instructions from supervisors and site management.
Use basic hand tools and equipment safely after proper instruction.
Assist in setting up and dismantling temporary site arrangements.
Follow all site safety rules, procedures, and PPE requirements.
Report unsafe conditions, damaged equipment, or work-related issues to the supervisor.
Work cooperatively with other workers and site teams.
Perform physically demanding tasks and work in outdoor/site conditions as required.
Experience Requirements:
Eligibility
Construction experience will be an advantage.
Freshers/new workers are also eligible.
No specific educational qualification required.
Candidates should be physically fit and capable of performing manual work.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
