Primary Responsibilities :
Design and recommend suitable geosynthetic solutions for civil and infrastructure projects.
Prepare technical proposals, engineering calculations, BOQs, drawings, and design reports.
Evaluate project requirements and recommend appropriate:
Geotextiles
Geomembranes
Geogrids
Geocells
Geocomposites
GCLs
Drainage systems
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and project teams.
Provide technical presentations and engineering support to the sales team.
Assist in tender preparation and technical documentation.
Conduct project/site visits for inspections, installation guidance, and troubleshooting.
Support project teams in resolving technical and application-related issues.
Ensure proposed solutions comply with applicable Indian and international standards.
Maintain technical documentation and project records.
Stay updated with developments, technologies, applications, and best practices in the geosynthetics industry.
Experience Requirements:
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline will be preferred.
5–10+ years of relevant experience in geosynthetics, civil infrastructure, environmental engineering, or related industries.

Geosynthetic Clay Liners (GCLs)
Drainage systems
Geotechnical design principles
Project Experience
Experience in applications/projects involving:
Roads and highways
Railways
Landfills
Mining
Irrigation
Retaining walls
Embankments
Water infrastructure
Environmental engineering projects
Civil infrastructure projects
Software Skills
AutoCAD
MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience working with:
EPC contractors
Engineering consultants
Infrastructure companies
Geosynthetic manufacturers
Large-scale civil construction projects
Standards & Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with relevant standards such as:
IRC
BIS
ASTM
ISO
Other applicable Indian and international geosynthetic/geotechnical standards
