Primary Responsibilities :
Build portals, directories, and software products for startups and businesses.
Understand business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
Map complete data flows and user flows before starting development.
Develop high-quality, functional, and user-friendly web applications.
Build and integrate REST APIs.
Debug incorrect code, database queries, integrations, and application issues.
Work with GitHub and terminal commands and follow technical instructions.
Build tutorials covering implementation approaches, common use cases, and technical solutions.
Develop high-quality portfolio projects with strong design and useful features.
Participate in automation and Agentic AI projects.
Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Understand business objectives and ensure technical solutions serve the intended business purpose.
Experience Requirements:
Must-Have Technical Skills
Candidates must have practical coding ability in all of the following:
PHP
JavaScript
jQuery
AJAX
MySQL — strong working knowledge
HTML

Bootstrap
REST APIs — integration and creation

Terminal/command-line usage

Internship & Commitment
6 months internship
18 months work commitment after internship
Total commitment: 24 months
Internship stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Post-internship CTC: ₹3–4 LPA
Minimum base: ₹3 LPA
Variable component: less than 20%
