Primary Responsibilities :
Review and organise tender documents, drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) for UK-based construction projects.
Identify missing, incomplete, or unclear information and coordinate with the Business Development team for clarification.
Carry out accurate quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
Prepare and maintain detailed quantity take-off spreadsheets.
Organise project documentation and ensure all relevant information is available for pricing.
Submit completed quantity take-offs and supporting documentation to the estimating team.
Develop a strong understanding of UK construction standards, terminology, and project requirements.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of estimating-related documentation.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience in estimating, construction, flooring, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quantities.
Previous experience with UK construction projects will be an advantage.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Comfortable working with Excel/spreadsheets and digital tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of an estimating team.
