Primary Responsibilities :
3–8 years of weaving experience
Hands-on experience with SMIT GS900 rapier looms
Strong knowledge of weaving preparatory processes
Experience improving loom efficiency, productivity, waste and conversion cost
Exposure to production planning and inventory/fulfilment
Comfortable with ERP/SAP, Excel/data analysis and digital tools
Good team-handling and workforce-organisation skills
Strong analytical/problem-solving approach
Willingness to relocate to Kenya
