Primary Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales plans and strategies.
Drive sales performance and achieve defined sales targets.
Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies.
Determine the profitability of various products and services.
Manage and resolve customer complaints related to products and services.
Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with the reporting authority to determine pricing schedules and discount rates.
Prepare and manage sales budgets and coordinate expenditures with key customers.
Monitor current market and marketing trends and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Contribute to overall business growth through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
Experience Requirements:
Desired Candidate Profile
4–7 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.
Must have experience in Pre-Painted and Bare Galvanized Steel / Galvalume Steel.
Strong understanding of steel products, customers, pricing, and market dynamics.
Strong sales planning, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented and commercially aware.
Ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments.
Educational Qualification
B.E. – Mechanical Engineering, or
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or
Graduate with relevant industry experience.
MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred.
