Primary Responsibilities :
ERP Implementation & Project Management
Lead the end-to-end implementation of ERP projects across SIS schools and corporate offices.
Develop project plans, implementation schedules, milestones, and resource plans.
Ensure ERP implementation is delivered on time, within budget, and meets business objectives.
Coordinate system configuration, testing, data migration, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Business Process Coordination
Work closely with all functional departments, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Operations, Academics, Admissions, Marketing, Facilities, and School Administration, to understand business requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ERP vendors and development teams.
Identify opportunities to automate and standardize business processes across the organization.
Ensure ERP workflows align with SIS policies and operational requirements.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Serve as the primary liaison between business users, ERP vendors, implementation partners, and internal IT teams.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and regular project review meetings.
Manage vendor deliverables, project timelines, quality standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Escalate and resolve implementation issues in coordination with stakeholders.
Digital Transformation
Drive technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency and enhance user experience.
Identify opportunities for process automation and digital innovation.
Support the integration of ERP with other enterprise systems and third-party applications.
Change Management & Training
Develop change management and user adoption strategies.
Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business departments.
Organize ERP training sessions for employees and school users.
Prepare user manuals, SOPs, and system documentation.
Ensure smooth transition from existing systems to the new ERP platform.
Reporting & Governance
Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for senior management.
Track project KPIs, implementation milestones, risks, and issue logs.
Ensure proper documentation, version control, and project governance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Post-Implementation Support
Monitor ERP performance after go-live and coordinate issue resolution.
Work with business users to prioritize enhancement requests.
Drive continuous system improvements and optimization initiatives.
Experience Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Master's degree (MBA/MCA/MIT) is preferred.
Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum) is an advantage.
Experience
10–15years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience leading ERP implementation or enterprise digital transformation projects.
Experience coordinating with multiple business functions in a large organization.
Experience in the education sector or multi-site organizations will be an added advantage.
Experience working with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar enterprise solutions.
