Primary Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
Handle real estate litigation matters.
Brief High Court counsel and coordinate on cases.
Conduct legal research and case analysis.
Draft legal replies and other litigation documents.
Appear in basic matters before the Bombay High Court.
Manage assigned matters and ensure timely completion.
Prepare and track progress of ongoing matters.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 3 years of litigation experience.
Strong experience in real estate matters.
Experience handling matters before the Bombay High Court.
Strong legal research and drafting skills.
Ability to independently analyze matters and provide solutions.
Organized, responsible, and capable of delivering work with minimal supervision.
