Primary Responsibilities :
Handle real estate litigation matters independently.
Brief High Court counsel and coordinate on ongoing matters.
Conduct detailed legal research and case analysis.
Draft legal replies, pleadings, and other litigation documents.
Appear in select matters before the Bombay High Court.
Track and manage litigation matters and deadlines.
Prepare regular progress reports for departmental matters.
Independently complete drafting and research assignments with minimal supervision.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
Strong hands-on experience in real estate litigation.
Proven experience handling matters before the Bombay High Court.
Strong legal research, drafting, and case-handling skills.
Ability to independently manage matters and deliver within timelines.
Organized, responsible, and capable of applying independent legal judgment.
Important: Candidates without a Real Estate Litigation background will not be suitable. This is an independent handling role, not a training or learning position.
