Production Site Manager (India)

Operations & Production Management:  Manage end-to-end production processes to ensure on-time delivery (OTD) and adherence to production schedules.  Implement and maintain strict Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) standards consistent with company global policies.  Optimize production lines, reducing waste and increasing efficiency (LEAN / Six Sigma methodologies).  Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) regarding output, cost, and quality.  Ensure full compliance with AS9100 requirements, including internal audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.  Lead industrialization of new BLDC motor products from NPI to mass production.  Establish robust traceability and documentation control systems. 2. Leadership & HR:  Recruit, train, and mentor the local workforce (engineers, technicians, and operators).  Foster a positive work culture that aligns with the company’s values while respecting local labor practices.  Manage shift planning and ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and safety regulations (EHS).  Experience managing culturally diverse teams and reporting to international HQ.  Strong capability in building local leadership and succession planning 3. Supply Chain & Logistics:  Oversee inventory management and procurement of raw materials from local and international vendors.  Manage logistics for incoming materials and outgoing shipments (Export/Import regulations handling).  Dual sourcing risk mitigation 4. Communication & Reporting:  Serve as the primary point of contact for the Israeli HQ.  Provide weekly/monthly detailed reports on production status, challenges, and financial forecasts.  Bridge cultural and language gaps to ensure smooth collaboration between teams.  Ability to report in structured format (KPI dashboards, CAPA, financial forecasts)  Comfortable in escalations and decisionmaking with HQ
