Primary Responsibilities :
Production Planning & Monitoring
Plan and monitor production activities across all units.
Coordinate with individual units to achieve monthly production targets.
Develop production plans in line with business requirements.
Monitor production performance and address operational gaps.
Packing & Raw Material Management
Plan and monitor packing materials and raw materials required at various units.
Coordinate with units for timely packing material planning.
Ensure availability of required materials to achieve projected monthly targets.
Monitor material requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for timely procurement.
Technical & Plant Operations
Provide technical guidance and support to manufacturing units.
Maintain a strong understanding of liquor industry processes and technical requirements.
Oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of plant and machinery.
Identify technical and operational issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Quality Management
Ensure implementation of defined quality norms across all units.
Monitor compliance with quality standards and processes.
Coordinate with unit teams to maintain consistent quality parameters.
Vendor & Logistics Management
Manage and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
Support vendor selection, coordination, and performance management.
Plan and monitor logistics requirements across units.
Ensure timely movement of materials and other operational requirements.
Unit Coordination & Travel
Maintain regular coordination with all manufacturing units.
Visit units frequently to monitor operations, production, technical activities, and implementation of plans.
Provide guidance and support to unit-level teams.
Reporting & Communication
Prepare and draft professional letters, reports, and official communications in English.
Communicate effectively with senior management and unit teams.
Maintain accurate operational records and reports.
ERP & Technology
Use ERP systems for operational planning, monitoring, and reporting.
Maintain proficiency in computer applications and digital reporting tools.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 15 years of experience in the liquor industry.
Strong technical knowledge and industry background.
Experience in production planning and coordination across multiple manufacturing units.
Experience in packing and raw material planning.
Strong understanding of plant and machinery.
Experience in vendor and logistics management.
Willingness to travel frequently to manufacturing units.
Strong English communication and letter-drafting skills.
Computer savvy with hands-on experience working on ERP systems.
