Technical/Unit Head

Plant Operations Take complete responsibility for running and managing the IMFL bottling plant as the Unit Head. Manage day-to-day plant operations and ensure smooth production activities. Oversee plant and equipment operations, maintenance coordination, and process efficiency. Ensure production activities are carried out as per defined processes and standards. Blending & Process Control Manage blending operations and ensure proper process controls. Monitor production processes to maintain consistency and efficiency. Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions. Quality Control Maintain and monitor quality control parameters throughout the production process. Ensure product quality and consistency as per required standards. Coordinate with quality teams to address quality-related issues. Packing Material & Procurement Plan and manage requirements for packing materials. Coordinate procurement of ENA and other required production materials. Ensure timely availability of materials to avoid production disruptions. Logistics & Vendor Management Manage logistics activities related to plant operations. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors and suppliers. Monitor vendor performance and resolve operational issues.
