Primary Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, review, and qualify Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS) and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR)
Monitor and ensure compliance with welding codes and standards (ASME, AWS, API, etc.)
Conduct welder qualification tests and maintain welder performance records
Inspect and evaluate welding work for quality assurance and defect prevention
Coordinate with production, QA/QC, and inspection teams to resolve welding-related issues
Prepare technical documentation and reports related to welding activities
Provide technical guidance and training to welding staff as required
Experience Requirements:
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a welding engineering role
Strong knowledge of welding processes (SMAW, GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, etc.)
Familiarity with international welding codes and standards
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Welding Engineering or related field
Relevant certifications (e.g., IWE/CSWIP/CWI) preferred
Available to join within 30–45 days, immediate joiners preferred
Indian nationality preferred
