Primary Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and skill gaps.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee onboarding, training, development, transfers, promotions, and termination processes.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records and HR databases.
Conduct exit interviews and share relevant feedback with management.
Performance Management
Manage performance appraisal systems and employee evaluations.
Support performance improvement initiatives.
Track employee performance and identify areas requiring development.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Organize employee engagement activities and events.
Address employee grievances and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
Support initiatives focused on employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment.
HR Policies & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
Manage disciplinary actions in accordance with established policies.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
Payroll & Benefits
Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee-related payroll information.
Coordinate with relevant teams regarding payroll and employee benefits.
Attendance & HR Administration
Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
Identify attendance-related issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of promotions, transfers, and terminations.
HR Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and analyze HR reports covering:
Employee turnover
Recruitment metrics
Employee satisfaction
Attendance
Performance
Training and development
Provide HR insights and reports to management for decision-making.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Human Resource Management.
