Primary Responsibilities :
Import & Export Coordination Coordinate import and export shipments and ensure complete and accurate documentation. Track shipments end-to-end and take immediate action on delays, escalations, or bottlenecks. Ensure inbound shipments comply with purchase order terms relating to quantity, quality, and delivery timelines. Coordinate with shipping agents, suppliers, logistics providers, and customs authorities. Assist in resolving customs and shipping-related disputes. Shipment & Logistics Management Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery of goods. Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure goods are ready for shipment. Maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers. Coordinate container clearance and related shipment activities. Follow up on delays and ensure timely resolution. Finance & Documentation Coordinate with the Finance team to verify payments for import duties, tariffs, shipping fees, and other transactional costs. Ensure accuracy and completeness of import/export documentation. Support compliance requirements for international transactions. Purchase & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with vendors regarding orders, shipment schedules, quality issues, and delivery. Handle local purchase coordination, including vendor follow-ups, dispatch confirmation, and delivery reconciliation. Take ownership of quality issue escalations. Manage vendor discussions and process claims for replacements or penalties where applicable. Demand & Inventory Coordination Coordinate with Marketing and Sales teams to understand and forecast demand. Ensure timely ordering of required inventory. Coordinate with relevant teams to avoid stock shortages and delays in product availability. Export Order Coordination Coordinate with direct USD buyers for documentation, compliance, and smooth fulfillment of export orders. Ensure export orders are processed and completed on time. Management Order Coordination Manage and coordinate top management's sales orders, returns, complaints, and payment collection. Ensure management orders are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
Experience Requirements:
Candidate Requirements Education High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional education in Import/Export, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage. Experience Minimum 3+ years of experience in import and export trading. Essential Knowledge Customs Procedures Import Regulations International Shipping Practices Textile Market Duties & Taxation Container Clearance Microsoft Excel Management Practices Required Skills Import & Export Coordination Shipment Tracking Documentation & Compliance Vendor Management Logistics Coordination Negotiation Skills Problem Solving Cost Coordination MS Office, especially Excel CRM Software Strong Organizational Skills Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong coordination skills with suppliers, buyers, logistics partners, finance, and internal teams. Ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Accuracy of import/export documentation. Timeliness of shipments and deliveries. Time taken to resolve quality claims and disputes. Buyer and vendor satisfaction with communication. On-time completion of management orders. Cost efficiency of China sampling coordination. Timely resolution of shipment delays and escalations.
