Primary Responsibilities :
1. Business Development & Referrals
• Build hospital networks: Establish and maintain strong referral pipelines with corporate hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, and multi-specialty clinics.
• Acquire B2B clients: Pitch Jopana's specialized corporate healthcare and home care packages to local businesses, tech parks, and premium RWAs.
• Conduct direct fieldwork: Execute daily field visits, service presentations, and demos to key opinion leaders (KOLs) and doctors.
2. Strategy & Target Ownership
• Hit revenue targets: Own the revenue cycle from lead generation to client onboarding, meeting monthly and quarterly sign-up goals.
• Analyse local markets: Track competitor strategies, local demographic demands, and identify untapped service territories across Bengaluru.
• Forecast pipelines: Generate and present accurate data-driven weekly sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the executive management team.
3. Client & Operations Coordination
• Manage customer relationships: Act as the primary bridge between newly onboarded families and the Jopana clinical operations team to ensure smooth deployment of certified nurses or caregivers.
• Maintain CRM logs: Document every interaction, lead status, and referral channel systematically in the company's CRM tracking platforms.
Experience Requirements:
Required Qualifications and Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing is a major plus.
• Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, diagnostics, or home healthcare services.
• Local Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Bengaluru healthcare landscape and an existing active network of physician/hospital contacts.
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and Kannada/Hindi is highly preferred.
• Mobility: A valid driving license and personal vehicle for extensive field-travel and client visits across the city.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Number of active corporate hospital referral tie-ups established monthly.
• Total monthly conversion rate of homecare leads (Elderly Care, Nursing, Physiotherapy).
• Customer retention rate and referral partner satisfaction scores.
