Freight Pricing & Quotation Prepare accurate and competitive freight quotations for customers and the sales team. Handle pricing for Air Freight, Ocean Freight, LCL, FCL, DDP, DDU, and other logistics services. Ensure timely submission of quotations while maintaining profitability. Rate Procurement Obtain freight rates from shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, transporters, and vendors. Negotiate competitive rates and service terms with logistics partners. Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers and overseas agents. Cost Analysis & Profitability Analyze freight costs, market rates, and operational expenses. Ensure pricing strategies meet company profit margin objectives. Monitor market fluctuations and recommend pricing adjustments when required. Coordination Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to support customer requirements. Provide pricing support for tenders, RFQs, and key customer accounts. Ensure seamless communication between internal teams and external partners. Market Intelligence Track freight market trends, carrier pricing, and competitor activities. Maintain updated pricing databases and carrier contracts. Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved pricing strategies. Reporting & Documentation Maintain records of quotations, carrier rates, and vendor agreements. Generate pricing reports and profitability analysis for management. Ensure compliance with company pricing policies and documentation standards.
