Primary Responsibilities :
Production Support
Assist in machine operation and production activities.
Support assembly, fitting, wiring, welding, or winding work as assigned.
Follow work instructions provided by supervisors.
Maintenance Assistance
Assist senior technicians during preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Help with installation and repair of machinery and equipment.
Learn troubleshooting techniques and maintenance procedures.
Quality & Safety
Follow company quality standards and operating procedures.
Ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and follow all safety regulations.
Use PPE and comply with company safety guidelines.
Learning & Development

Experience Requirements:
