Primary Responsibilities :
Maintenance & Repair
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
Carry out repair and replacement of defective components.
Ensure minimum equipment downtime through timely maintenance.
Installation & Operations
Install and commission machinery, equipment, and electrical systems.
Perform routine inspections to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Operate tools, machines, and equipment as per standard procedures.
Troubleshooting
Identify equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
Support production teams in resolving technical issues.
Coordinate with supervisors during major maintenance activities.
Safety & Compliance
Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure a safe working environment.
Use PPE and comply with all workplace safety regulations.
Documentation
Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
Report equipment issues and spare part requirements.
Assist in inventory management of maintenance materials and tools.
