Primary Responsibilities :
Promote and sell recycled plastic ply and roofing sheet products.
Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business opportunities.
Generate sales leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits to customers.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales orders.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Resolve customer queries and provide after-sales support.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports to management.
Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Experience Requirements:
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline (Experience-focused).
Experience
4–5 years of sales experience in recycled plastic products, roofing sheets, plastic building materials, or related industries.
Experience in B2B and dealer/distributor sales will be preferred.
