Primary Responsibilities :
Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with order status, product information, exchanges, returns, refunds, and delivery updates.
Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving queries with empathy, professionalism, and accuracy.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Coordinate with Operations, Logistics, and Warehouse teams for timely issue resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Meet service quality standards, response time targets, and customer satisfaction goals.
Represent the brand professionally in every customer interaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.
Experience Requirements:
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Experience
Freshers or candidates with prior experience in International Voice Process, Customer Support, Customer Service, or BPO are preferred.
