Primary Responsibilities :
Provide professional nursing care for a newborn at home.
Monitor the baby's vital signs, feeding schedule, sleep patterns, and overall health.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the pediatrician.
Identify early signs of medical complications and respond appropriately.
Maintain accurate records of the baby's daily health and care.
Ensure proper hygiene, sterilization, and infection control practices.
Assist with feeding, bathing, diaper changing, and newborn care routines.
Educate and support parents on newborn care and health practices.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for follow-up care.
Maintain confidentiality and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
Experience Requirements:
Qualification
GNM or B.Sc. Nursing.
Valid Nursing License/Registration.
NICU or Neonatal Care certification is preferred.
Experience
2–3 years of experience in NICU, Neonatal Care, or Pediatric Nursing.
Experience in home healthcare or private family care will be an added advantage.
