Primary Responsibilities :
* Set up and manage GoHighLevel CRM for our organisation.
* Build and maintain workflows, pipelines, forms, calendars, and triggers.
* Customize dashboards for sales and marketing teams.
* Integrate CRM with lead sources (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google).
* Automate follow-ups, email/SMS campaigns, and appointment scheduling.
* Monitor performance and troubleshoot CRM-related issues.
* Provide onboarding and training to internal team members and agents.
* Stay up to date with GoHighLevel feature releases and best practices.
Experience Requirements:
* 2+ years of proven experience with GoHighLevel.
* Strong understanding of CRM automation, funnels, pipelines, and workflows.
* Prior experience in real estate CRM setups is highly preferred.
* Familiarity with API integrations, Zapier, and webhooks is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
